INFORMATION COLLECTED BY COOKIES OR TRACKING TECHNOLOGY
We use Matomo Analytics to record and store data about website visitor traffic. Their servers are located in Germany, which is the location our data on website visitor traffic is stored. That information does us cookies, or tracking technology, on our website, but that collected data is in compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) procedures. When you browse our website we anonymize tracking data about your visit(s) and regularly delete old raw data from our database. We mask the last six digits of your IP address that is stored.
We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager on this website which is under review in many countries for compliance with GDPR.
The type of information collected by Google during your visit includes the following:

Google products have access to your GPS, IP address and sensor data for different reasons at different times, whether you’re using Google Maps or interacting with an app that is integrated with Firebase.
Things near your devices, such as public Wi-Fi access points and cell towers will inform Google as to your geolocation. Bluetooth-enabled devices might also interact with bluetooth beacons that are specifically designed to target a small and accurate location radius.
Pixels, Cookies, Local Storage, Databases & Server Logs
These are technical details that Google can track either from a pixel implemented on a website (like the Universal Analytics tracking code), cookies, raw data from storage, databases and servers that you interact with that connect with Google or Google products.
USE OF INFORMATION
You may choose to be a subscriber to our news and information services. That information is kept private and not sold or shared with any other businesses or organizations. Your email and name that you provide is stored on our database at mailchimp.com. They have an agreement with us, and other vendors similar to us, not to share that information.
The analytics of who opens our newsletter, clicks a link in our newsletter, and unsubscribes or subscribes is stored in that mailchimp.com database.
From time to time we allow people or businesses to join us as a Member to provide access to material not available to the general public who visit out website. The only information we collect of a Member is name, email address, and your phone number. Member information is stored in our website databases.
If you are a subscriber and/or member we communicate using email to inform you about our products, services, offers, contests, promotions, sweepstakes, surveys and customer experience research, news, events, special offers, tool marketplace and other information we think will be of interest to you.

Our website, and website server, are hosted in the USA.
SHARING OF INFORMATION
We do not share personal information about you outside of the Education Reporting website participants.
If we believe your actions are inconsistent with our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of the Education Reporting, our members, our customers, or any other persons we will file a report and/or complaint about your activity with the proper law enforcement agency.
SOCIAL SHARING FEATURES
Social sharing features or integrated tools, which let you share actions you take during your visit with other media. The use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the third party that provides the social sharing feature.
When you use social media on our site, we do not control the sharing of information you place on any social media platform. For example, if you post on Facebook, using the link provided on our website, we have no control over that content or who sees it in the social media platform.
